The man who allegedly stomped on a woman’s head outside a Senatorial  debate in Kentucky has been issued a criminal summons to appear before a judge on assault charges.The incident happened before the debate began. A woman activist holding a sign was allegedly attacked by Paul supporter, thrown to the grown, and one man stepped on her head.

According to TPM, the man has been identified as Tim Profitt of Paris, Ky, a former campaign volunteer for Rand Paul. He must appear before a judge in the Fayette County District Court in Kentucky.
